The head of the Ministry of Energy LPR is placed under house arrest

The Minister of Fuel, Energy and Coal Industry of the self -proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic Dmitry Lamin is placed under house arrest, this was reported on the website of the LPR prosecutor's office.

Earlier, Lamin was detained by order of the head of the state security of the self -proclaimed Republic Leonid Pasechnik. The prosecutor's office reported that the arrest was made with violations, in this regard, the preventive measure for the Minister of Energy was changed for maintenance under house arrest.

Lyamin was detained the day before on suspicion of violation of official powers. His duties during the investigation will be performed by the first deputy. Lamin himself was removed from his position.
