In Krasnoyarsk, a scandal flared up around the opening of the inclusive center. And, more precisely, around the ramp, which is necessary so that the children are able to get to the premises of the educational institution unique for the city, where children with disabilities will be able to deal with peers from ordinary schools, NTV reports.

In order for the ramp to appear at the children's center, it is necessary to gain 2/3 of the votes of the residents, but the inhabitants of the high -rise building against such as they themselves call an “unpleasant neighborhood”. People are afraid that the metal structure will take their parking spaces, and the children will confuse their appearance.

The assurances of the organizers that the ramp will appear from the side of the roadway and will not be able to prevent cars from parking, and the center itself is not a kindergarten and walks in children in the courtyard of a residential building is not provided, tenants do not believe.

The volunteers have less than a week left to get around 300 apartments with leaflets and convince residents of a high -rise building to agree to install a ramp. Without this, they explained in the city hall, the ramp will not work. This is the law.

Now the city authorities have sent an appeal to the State Duma: it is necessary to accept the amendment so that the inhabitants could not interfere with social undertakings.
