In the Federal Air Transport Agency, they did not receive any official information on the sale of shares of Transaero Airlines S7 (Siberia). This was stated by the head of the department, Alexander Neudko, Interfax reports.
“There was no information about the conducting negotiations on the acquisition of Transaero by another carrier, S7, as well as on the results of this transaction,” he explained.
According to Neudko, S7 did not tell the aviations not only about the purchase, but even about the intention to buy Transaero. The head of the Federal Air Transport Agency recalled that the Transaero operator’s certificate of the operator’s operator is not subject to restoration.
In turn, the Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukaev, in response to the question of the practical sense of the purchase of Transaero, in the context of canceling the certificate, said that in the Federal Air Transport Agency “they made an exhaustive decision and commented on exhaustively”.
The fact that the co -owner of the S7 Vladislav Filev signed an agreement on the purchase of at least 51% of Transaero shares was known on October 20. The next day, S7 confirmed that the plans to purchase Transaero are preserved, even despite her review of the operator’s certificate.
Against the background of reports on the transaction with the S7, Transaero quotes on the Moscow Exchange, by the middle of the auction on October 21, flew by more than 110% to 14.5 rubles per share. Since the beginning of September, the company’s securities, on the contrary, have fallen in price by 16 times due to the threat of bankruptcy, falling in price from 116 rubles to 6.8 rubles.
