Wikileaks has published emails allegedly belonging to CIA Director John Brennan, stolen from a mailbox hacked by a high school student.

Punishment for an accident

The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, proposed toughening the punishment for road traffic violations, including confiscating the offender’s car and selling it at auction. “And let the proceeds go to cover the expenses of people who suffered because of them,” explained Yevkurov.
