Tragedy and catharsis

In Valdai, Vladimir Putin declared the collapse of the USSR "a tragedy of the divided Russian people." But what about the victims of the tragedy? At the station of Dnepropetrovsk, they equipped a room for relaxing from the ATO zone of soldiers of the Ukrainian army. Russian-speaking residents of the city want to at least help the military, protecting them from the prospect of the "unification of the Russian nation." And among the military, many now prefer to call themselves not Russian, but Russian -speaking Ukrainians.
