And the streets themselves have changed, take the same pedestrian Bolshaya Dmitrovka. And if you don’t have a car, you can quickly and inexpensively get to the desired place by taxi or (not so fast, but still) by public transport.

There was hardly any other way to relieve congestion on the central streets other than paid parking. I support you here. But the same parking lot outside the Garden Ring raises many more questions.”
