The Superjob Research Center for the Superjob recruiting portal represents the survey of how career growth is developing among employees working remotely.
Employees working remotely today are in almost every third Russian company. Personnel officers evaluate the quality of their labor in different ways, but there are unanimous career growths of career growth: the chances of going up the service ladder among distance workers are much less than their colleagues working in the office. Superjob's research center has studied the opinion of employers with relatively remote labor. The polls were attended by 4,500 representatives of domestic companies.
Remote employees in the staff of their enterprise today have 22% of Russian companies. 11% of employers attract remote employees on outsourcing. 64% of employers do not use the work of remote personnel.
Most often, employees working remotely perform work in the field of IT and sales (22 and 17%). In 11% of companies with remote employees, such personnel work in the field of accounting and finance, in each tenth organization in the personnel sphere. Remote workers are engaged in design (8%), marketing (6%), operate dispatchers and consultants on the phone (6%), are engaged in design (4%) and advertising (also 4%).
The attitude to the quality of labor of remote workers among recruiters is ambiguous. Comparing them with colleagues from the office, 6% of representatives of employers estimated the quality of their work higher, 31% - approximately at the same level with office employees, and 24% of personnel managers believe that remote employees work worse. Moreover, the reviews of companies with full -time remote employees are generally better than companies that use the work of distance workers on outsourcing.

Remote labor, according to Russian employers, does not contribute to career growth: 77% of respondents are convinced that remote employees have less chance of serving on office employees. 11% of representatives of employers believe that the chances are approximately equal, and only 1%, that the remote employees are easier to advance on a career ladder. Representatives of companies that are involved in this category of personnel are left even less likely to career growth in career growth: 81% of company recruiters where remote employees are listed on the staff, and 87% of the recruiters of companies, where distance employees work on outsourcing, believe that their chances are lower than the office employees. The full -time remote employees have certain advantages over their colleagues working at outsourcing: 15% of the recruiters, respectively, were equal to career growths with office employees.
For three years that have passed since the moment of a similar study , the number of companies using the work of remote workers has not changed. However, such a nature of employment seems to cease to be considered by employers as something unusual: since 2012, the number of neutral assessments of the quality of remote labor has increased, while the number of negative reviews has decreased. For remote employees, recruiters evaluate their chances of their chances of career growth.
