Left Front activist released

Nikolai Chvanov, an activist of the Left Front, who was detained earlier on October 24, was released.

As Chvanov told OVD-Info, after being detained at the action “It’s time to change the government!” he was taken to the Central Police Department of Tula. According to the activist, no charges have been brought against him so far.

Representatives of the "Left Front" today at about 18:00 posted a banner on the administration building "It's time to change power! Power to the people!" As a result of the event, one person was detained.
