The judge of the Krasnoarmeysky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory Vitaly Kozlov arrested the Kuban activist Daria Polyudova for 15 days, the OTD-Info reports . It is found guilty of three episodes under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi symbols).

The decision was made in connection with the publication of a pole video in support of another Kuban activist Julia Usach , fined under the same article for publishing cartoons with swastika. None of the three episodes presented the conclusion of specialists, Polyudova noted. According to her, Judge Kozlov spoke abstract topics and mentioned the Islamic State.

On Friday, the police detained Polyudov at work and brought him to court.

Polyudov was repeatedly arrested for terms of four to 10 days for her posts on the VKontakte social network precisely under Article 20.3.

Currently, a criminal case against Polyudova is being considered in the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar. The last meeting took place on September 22. After this meeting, activist was postponed due to illness of the lawyer. The date of the new meeting is not scheduled.

There are three episodes in Polyudova. The first is qualified under part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism), which provides for the four years of the colony. The activist was charged with the exit on April 4, 2014 on a single picket with a poster "Not a war with Ukraine, but a revolution in Russia! Not a war, but a revolution!" And the publication of your photo with this poster on a personal page on VKontakte.

Part 2 of Article 280 (public calls for extremism via the Internet), the sanction of which is up to five years of the colony, was imputed on the second episode of Polyudov. This accusation of the activist was charged with repost on July 16, 2014 on his VK page of someone else's text containing the following phrases: “Wake up, people! .. Why can't we remove Putin, and then make a socialist revolution? !!! It's time to go to the square and overthrow this regime!”

Finally, the third episode of the case is qualified under part 2 of Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for separatism via the Internet), which also provides for up to five years. This is the first case of initiation of the case under article 280.1. Polyudova was imputed on August 5, 2014 - also on a personal page on VKontakte - the text under the heading "Cut with a guetler with his own weapons."

At the end of August 2014, Polyudov was arrested. She spent six months in a pre-trial detention center-5 of the central headquarters of the FSIN in Krasnodar, unofficially controlled by the FSB. The activist was released in connection with the expiration of the maximum permissible period of pre -trial arrest of imputed charges. After the release of Polyudov, they repeatedly arrested administrative affairs.

On July 10, the ECHR registered Polyudova’s complaint about detention and further extensions of the arrest. The document states that Russia violated in relation to the activist of Article 5 (the right to freedom and personal integrity) and 10 (freedom of expression) of the European Convention.
