Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the creation of the organization "Russian Movement of Schoolchildren", the founder of which will be a Rosmolodezh. Judging by the document, this movement will resemble Pioneer. Radio Liberty asked Muscovites about whether such an organization was needed in Russia.
