
On November 21 and 22, open GIS 2015 will be held in Moscow - the second conference for users and developers of geoinformation systems (GIS) with open source. The main goal is the popularization of open geodatic and technology in various fields of business, science and education.
In 2012, the first conference was held, uniting more than 200 participants from various organizations of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries. Among the participants were both professional GIS specialists and developers, as well as students, graduate students, researchers, as well as representatives of commercial companies.
This year, the conference will have sections with reports and master classes on current issues of modern open source software, open geodan and spatial information processing methods. Master classes are designed for a different level of training: from newcomers to advanced users.

The entrance to the conference for everyone is free. All participants need to register . The organizers offer two participation formats: a speaker and listener.
