The prosecutor's office of the Odessa region notified Inal Ardzinba, first deputy assistant to the President of Russia Vladislav Surkov, of suspicions of him. Such information on Friday was reported by the website of the department.
Ardzinba is charged with part 1 of Article 14 - Part 2 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (preparation for encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy). The prosecutor's office indicates part 2 of Article 14, however, this is probably a typo: part 2 of this article exempts from liability for preparation for nonsense crimes, while the crime described by paragraph 2 of Article 110 belongs to the category of serious ones - the sanction for this charges is from 5 to 10 years of the colony.
According to the department, in January - April 2015, while in Russia, Ardzinba "in a criminal collusion with other persons, he looked for accomplices and deliberately created the prerequisites for the illegal proclamation of the sovereign state education" Bessarabia "in the territory of the southwest of Odessa."
In addition, Ardzinba is charged with part 1 of Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (participation in the activities of the terrorist structure and organizational assistance to its work), which provides from 8 to 15 years in the colony. Surkov adviser is suspected of involvement in the activities of the DPR.
At the end of October, Ardzinba was put on an international wanted list.
The investigation of the official’s affairs, which, as can be concluded from the message, are combined into one production, leads the regional headquarters of the SBU.
Ardzinba 25 years old. Along with the post in the Presidential Administration, he holds a number of posts: adviser to the President of Rosgosstrakh, president of the Association of the World Economy at the Higher School of Economics, coordinator of the Forum "Youth Strategy - 2020".
In May 2015, the SBU transferred materials to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine about the involvement of Surkov and Ardzinbas in terrorist crimes in the country, including the Euromaidan. The case, however, was not instituted. Regarding Surkov’s involvement in the murders on the Maidan, the head of the special investigation department of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Sergei Gorbatyuk, said that the Kremlin official arrived in Kiev after executions , and therefore could not lead them on the spot.
