The Department of Property Relations of the Perm Administration has announced an auction for the sale of municipal property. The list of objects included several buildings and land plots. The most expensive lot, the auction for which is scheduled for December 11, is part of the Avngard stadium in the Kirov region (Svetlogorskaya, 14). The lot included a separate one-story locker room building with an area of 176 sq. m. m with outbuildings, as well as a land plot of 2.5 hectares. Permitted use of the site is universal sports and entertainment complexes. The starting price of the asset is 151 million rubles, the amount of the deposit is 30.2 million rubles.

Let us recall that this fall the Perm authorities, in order to replenish the city treasury, supplemented the privatization plan with several large objects, including part of the Avangard stadium. Its ball territory is divided into two parts, the larger one was supposed to be put up for auction, the smaller one (1.3 hectares) was to be left for the placement of a new flat sports structure. It was planned that before the auction the zoning of the site would be changed from sports to more universal (service and business activity zone C-2) to increase its investment attractiveness.

In addition to Avangard, DIO is also selling the former building of a kindergarten in the city center - on Permskaya, 31. The area of the building is 1.3 thousand square meters, the area of the plot is 2.7 thousand square meters, the starting price is 39 million rubles . Another former kindergarten - on Sibirskaya, 22 - is put up for sale for 11 million rubles, the area of the property is almost 500 sq.m., the area of the plot is just over 600 sq.m. Another lot included a complex of non-residential detached buildings with a land plot of 2.7 thousand square meters at Nevskaya, 15, the starting price was 7 million rubles. The auction for this property will also be held on December 11.

In addition, on December 9, auctions will be held for the sale of other objects, which were also additionally included in the privatization plan. The property and a plot of 1.2 hectares on Volochaevskaya, 32 are up for auction for 36 million rubles. The building of a former kindergarten on Chkalova, 30 with a land plot of almost 4 thousand square meters is being sold for 24 million rubles.
