Parliamentary parties, considered opposition, announced the beginning of their campaigns in the State Duma election almost simultaneously. Vladimir Zhirinovsky conducted an ideological briefing for the regionals, the SSRs gathered at a meeting of the party council, and the Communists simply gathered a major conference. Judging by the first statements, the system opposition will not attract new voters in their campaign, and the usual electorate will be pushed away.

The LDPR, however, managed to surprise. First, the curator of the party ideological direction, State Duma deputy Mikhail Degtyarev announced to Kommersant that the Little associates of Zhirinovsky would move from nationalist to moderate positions. Then, Vladimir Zhirinovsky himself, at the collection of regionals, called the LDPR “a German-German party”, and its ideology “centrist”. The traditional slogan “We are for the poor, we are for the Russians” received a new interpretation: “We are for Russians, but not against others,” and the party is ready to “protect everyone, but not forget the Russians.” The modification may not appeal to the traditional electorate of the party, especially since the LDPR remains, in fact, the only sewer of nationalist votes: the “Motherland” has very low fame, and that is also in no hurry to use exploration, other right -wing parties simply do not have registration. Liberal democrats, having received a monopoly on the “Russian question”, prefer to move away from it a little to the side.

According to him, “the LDPR has always been and will be for the Russian people,” moreover, the party insists that “the Russian people and its role in the construction of the state” be mentioned in the constitution. “Russians should feel anywhere in Russia comfortable, as at home,” Degtyarev convinces.

He also insists that the “centrist” positions for the LDPR are not news-“we are neither with the left nor with the right in the late 1980s.” Among the main slogans of the Duma elections, Mikhail Degtyarev calls only one: "Do not bother people to work." The party, notes the curator of the ideological direction of the LDPR, has already applied it in regional campaigns, voters supported the slogan. So the LDPR will talk about the "Russian people, the support of industry, science and agriculture", Degtyarev announces.

The quintessence of this “centrist ideology” can be considered a performance by Zhirinovsky at a rally on November 4 in Moscow. “God, keep the king! Power the glory of us, the king Orthodox! The Union of the Inexhaustible Republics of the Free Rosa forever rallied great Rus'! ” - shouted from the stage the leader of the LDPR, slightly distorting the words of the old anthem. “Troubles prevented the preservation of tsarist and Soviet Russia. But now, having realized our historical unity, we will not allow this to happen again, ”the Zhirinovsky spectators instructed. - Moreover, today we must be especially united, because only Russians can save the world. Look what is happening in the Middle East. Europe will not solve anything there, it is doomed to collapse under pressure from millions of migrants. It is we who will save the planet again, as they have already saved it from Napoleon and Hitler. ”

The Communist Party, which in the 2011 parliamentary elections and in regional campaigns of subsequent years showed good results (for example, 19.19% in the elections in the State Duma), clearly intends to bet on its traditional, orthodox electorate. The party proposes to conduct the nationalization of raw materials and energy companies, to establish a state monopoly in transport and defense. “At the same time, industry and services remain private, due to nationalization, you can get away from the budget deficit, problems in the economy,” said the State Duma deputy Vadim Solovyov. He assures that the Communists will certainly raise social topics, namely, problems with affordable and free education, healthcare, and an increase in payments in housing and communal services. There will be fundamentally new initiatives. “It's time to adopt a law on the children of war, as is done about all countries,” Soloviev explains.

At the same time, the deputy complains that most of the media tell only about the exotic initiatives of the Communists: the parliamentarian Ivan Nikitchuk wants to ban gay caming arts and after a while clarifies that “this ban will not touch,” Vadim Soloviev intends to establish the obligatory share of national cuisine in restaurants and cafes. “They are silent about dozens of other ideas. The Communist Party is trying to represent either extremists or nearby people who think only about prohibitions, sarcocks, although there are no such people in our faction in the Duma, ”says Soloviev. Such a presentation of the Communists in the news, according to him, is beneficial to the party in power and is made from its submission. However, the Communist deputy blames with the liberals: “They blame us for the position on the return of the death penalty: they say, the 37th year is returning. But even if you look at the plane crash, a tragedy in Egypt has recently occurred, the plane in Kazan broke up before. If people knew about punishment, then this could be avoided. ”

In the meantime, competitors in the person of the LDPR and “Fair Russia” notes Vadim Soloviev, are in no hurry to score glasses in front of the parliamentary campaign: “They were pressed in the Kremlin - Zhirinovsky, so as not to inflate the national verification, the SSRs, so that they would not take the voices from United Russia at a time.

Solidarity of the SSRs

“Fair Russia” opened the composition of the common part of its party list in the elections to the State Duma: there will be only one surname - the leader of the party Sergey Mironov. In the 2012 presidential election, he scored 3.85% of the vote. The party, however, explains: this is done in order to give the opportunity to go to the Duma by a larger number of regional representatives. And for success, you will have to work hard: the whole list is divided into territorial groups, the second, following Mironov, the mandate will receive the head of the group where the result of the elections will be the best for the party, and so on.

The explanation does not look very convincing. Previously, strong regions (for example, Oksana Dmitrieva, Galina Khovanskaya) were included in the first ten list of the party, and it did not interfere with anyone: the SSRs received 13.24%in 2011. Experts said then that this happened thanks to the bright figures in the fields that were highlighted and the opposition agenda. Four years ago, the party used the slogan of Alexei Navalny - "against crooks and thieves." But how Sergey Mironov is now: “Representatives of a variety of political parties are together today, today we are in solidarity. Because we may have disagreements, we have different views on what to build in our country - capitalism or socialism, but on the day of popular unity we must be together. And I am absolutely convinced that those who consider it possible to go on a separate column on this day, do not have to do this, ”said the leader of the SSRs at the same rally on November 4.

In line with conflictness

“The parties choose - which is better: to conflict with the authorities and compete for an extra percentage or not to swear with it. In the first case, you can not get anything, ”explains the premium disposition of the Duma fractions, political scientist Alexei Makarkin. As an example, he cites the same reference: “They went to meetings of the State Duma with white ribbons, strong pressure began on the party - the 2012 regional campaign was a failure. But this year the party performed well in the election. ” Or take the same LDPR. “Why is the Russian question Zhirinovsky if this can lead to a conflict with the authorities? - Makarkin asks a rhetorical question. “Most of his voters are not so radical, they do not like the elite, they want the LDPR leader to be in the Duma, with what reprisals he performs, is not so important, the main thing is that it is interesting.”

On the other hand, after all, the Communists did not go to the rally on November 4, and is this not a conflict with the authorities? “They did it because their supporters would not support such unity,” the political scientist retorts. “But in other issues - foreign policy, relations with an unsystematic opposition - the Communist Party acts quite constructively for the Kremlin.”

However, the choice in favor of conflict has another background. The parties are in no hurry to act with criticism of the authorities, scourging social problems, an invitation of new figures also because the elections to the parliament are now passing through the mixed scheme: “Lists are half lost in price. Parties want to hold candidates in single -mandate districts, and for this you need to behave with restraint, ”Makarkin explains. In the same direction, maneuvering between the interests of the authorities and the interests of voters, he is sure, the Duma systemic opposition will move on.

Other experts in a conversation with NT make a forecast: in the next two to three months, nothing remarkable in the Duma campaign will happen. Now “parties are building fame, everything is done so that they do not forget about them,” comments Mikhail Vinogradov’s tactical tasks of the system opposition. An active campaign, he believes, will begin in the spring.

Political strategist Peter Bystrov agrees with this: "In the spring, the parties will come to life." In the meantime, everyone is waiting for the teams from the presidential administration and are in no hurry to show an independent initiative: “The system parties are already sure that they will pass (to the Duma), but the ideas that they need to be conveyed will be distributed from above.”
