Parents of the deceased baby Umarali Nazarov were taken by force to the hospital

On Tuesday, the St. Petersburg police forcibly delivered to the hospital the citizens of Tajikistan Rustam Nazarov and Zarin Yunusov, the parents of the baby Umarai Nazarov, who died in October at the age of five, when, after the raid on migrants, he was separated from his mother. This was reported by Radio Liberty with reference to Yuri Serov, the lawyer of the spouses.

The security forces appeared in the house of Nazarov and Yunusova at 7 in the morning without any reason, said Serov. They have not sent any summons to his clients before.

In the Botkin hospital, the baby’s parents tried to force the blood to donate blood. In case of refusal, they threatened the initiation of a criminal case. Nevertheless, Nazarov and Yunusov did not succumb to threats and did not take blood.

At the end of last week, the media reported that according to the conclusion of the forensic expertise, Umarali Nazarov died of a cytomegalovirus infection , which was complicated by the development of heart and legal failure. This infection leads to the defeat of all vital organs. It was alleged that about a dozen serious diagnoses were posthumously killed by the deceased child. From this it was concluded that the boy was sick for a long time; It was not excluded that the child could become infected with the virus in the womb.

Meanwhile, Serov on Tuesday noticed that this information has not yet been documented. “Neither we, the defense, nor the parents wise, or even the investigator leading this case, did not see the official conclusion of the forensic medical examination,” the lawyer emphasized.

On the morning of October 13, officials of the FMS appeared in the apartment that is rented by the Nazarov family. At home, except for the child and Yunusova, was the younger brother of Rustam Nazarov. All three were detained and taken to the city OP-1. At the same time, mothers were not allowed to dress Umarali Nazarov warmer.

In the child’s department, they were separated from the mother. Yunusov was taken to court and, having held it all evening there, sentenced to a fine and expulsion from Russia. Meanwhile, her son was hospitalized and died that same night.

The death of Umarali Nazarov outraged the Tajik diaspora, and also caused a resonance in Russian society. On October 19, the children's Ombudsman Pavel Astakhov demanded that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General investigate the actions of the FMS and the police. The next day, the Investigative Committee opened the case under part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence due to improper performance of professional duties), which provides up to three years of colony.

In response, the police on October 21 began a pre -investigation verification of the child’s parents for the presence of Article 156 of the Criminal Code in their actions (failure to fulfill the obligations to educate a minor), the sanction of which is also up to three years of colony. As far as is known, the check has not yet been completed. It can be assumed that it was within its framework that the security forces appeared on Tuesday to the parents of the baby.
