Candidate for the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Vitold Vashchikovsky believes that the circumstances of the crashes of the Polish Polish President Kachinsky in Russia on April 10, 2010 should be re -examined

Vitold Vashchikovsky said that his country was tired of waiting for Russia to return the wreckage of the President of Kachinsky, and in this regard, Warsaw intends to apply to the European Court of Human Rights in order to get them back.

Vashchikovsky, whose candidacy is offered to the post of heads of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, noted that the Polish side intends to complain to Strasbourg about the delaying the investigation and the arbitration courts for holding property so that a decision that obliges Russia to return Polish property was made.

The Tu-154 aircraft with Polish President Lech Kachins on board crashed near Smolensk in April 2010, as a result of which the president with his wife and another 95 politicians, officials and veterans of the opposition movement "Solidarity" died.

Vitold Vashchikovsky also stated that any improvement in relations between Russia and the West should proceed from Moscow, because Russia is to blame for the current tension.

Veshchikovsky’s statement, made on Monday, was a reflection of a tightening position in relation to Russia of the new Polish government from the Party "Law and Justice", which won the elections after eight years of the reign of the Civil Platform Center Party. The government will take the oath over the coming days.
