Nizhny Novgorod developer Artem Kulikov told how he managed to outwit the scammer. The stranger under the guise of Ksyusha and the avatar of the model Diana Melison wrote to Kulikov, asking him to change the password from ICLUD.
The logic of scammers is to force a person to switch the account in an iPhone or iPad to the provided. Immediately after that, you can remotely block the victim’s device, change the password and demand a ransom.

But Kulikov did not enter the data provided to the phone, but entered the account on the icloud.com website from the laptop. There he saw that the device of the scammer is called “iPhone Serega H@CK3R”, which does not really correspond to “Ksyusha”.

To punish the fraudster, Kulikov blocked the device and changed his password. He also brought the inscription “Fraudsters must suffer on the“ Hacker Seryoga Hacker ”on the screen!”
Ksyusha instantly revealed an iPhone, which had previously been “stolen”. She was not happy with what happened.

Now Hacker Seryoga has no iPhone.
