Mutko: A new anti -doping organization can be created in Russia

Russia is ready to reform the National Anti -Doping Agency or the creation of a new anti -doping organization. The Minister of Sports Vitaly Mutko said this in an interview with the R-Sport portal.

"If there are any questions, the proposals of WADA, IAAF, the IOC in our direction, or offers on the road map, we are ready to re -recover the laboratory, or reform, or create a new anti -doping organization, we are ready for wide cooperation," the minister said.

Mutko noted that the leaders of WADA and IAAF expressed their readiness to jointly work with Russia "to restore order." Negotiations with the head of the International Olympic Committee Thomas Bach, according to Mutko, are scheduled for November 13.

On Tuesday, the World Anti -Doping Agency (WADA) suspended the accreditation of the FSUE "Anti -Doping Center" in Moscow. Also on Tuesday, the director of the center Grigory Rodchenkov resigned, so that, according to Mutko, "all the negativity of carrying with him."

The WADA report, which appeared on Monday, was announced with reference to the data transferred by the Interpol that the leading Russian athletes, including participants in the Olympic Games and the winners of prestigious competitions, take doping for years . In addition, the authors of the document stated that instructors, coaches and doctors, as well as various institutions, were involved in the Russian doping program.

Among such institutions in the report, the Rusada, the National Anti -Doping Agency, and the Anti -Doping Center, which explored the samples for the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, were classified as the report. It was reported on remuneration for concealing doping tests and agreements with athletes who knew that the samples taken from them would be destroyed.

The orders of manipulations with doping tests of athletes, according to the report, were personally given by the Russian Minister of Sports Vitaly Mutko, and operatives of the FSB were observed in the destruction of trials in the laboratory. As noted, three days before the audit, which WADA sent to the "Anti-Doping Center", Rodchenkov destroyed 1417 doping tests.
