The father of Dadin Ildus was questioned as a witness to the prosecution. He said that he has not communicated with his son for many years. “Putin is, I think, the country is lucky. We do not communicate for ideological reasons,” said Ildus Dadin. He stated that Ildar is honest, responsible, played sports. "He is positive in everything. But he went in the wrong direction. I am very sorry as his father," said Dadin Sr..

At the insistence of the prosecutor, the testimony of Ildus Dadin, data on the preliminary investigation were read out. In them, he quoted his son’s statements about politics.

“In the testimony of my father’s investigation by 80 percent lies. And now there are no questions,” Ildar Dadin said.

The witnesses of the prosecution, police officers Georgy Ivanov, Alexei Ivanchik and Alexander Dronov also testified in court. They talked about the circumstances of Dadin's detentions on various promotions. At the same time, the witnesses confused in the testimony and did not remember many episodes. Dadin asked everyone the question whether the shares were peaceful. Witnesses answered positively.

The next court session is scheduled for Thursday.

During the meeting, Nikita Trubitsin and Alexander Shelkovenkov were detained near the Basmanny building, the Grana correspondent reports. They tried to hold the action in support of the civil activist Ildar Dadin.

Four activists came to the court of the court and tried to deploy the banner "Freedom to Ildar Dadin!" However, they could not do it quickly, besides, the banner turned out to be turned upside down. The run -up police officers detained Trubitsin and Shelokenkov before the promoters coped with stretching. The two more activists managed to hide.

Trubitsin and Shelkovenkov delivered the police department. On both, the protocols were drawn up under part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding a public event), the OVD-info reports . In addition, the protocols under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism) were drawn up on Serekovenkov under Part 1 of Article 20.25 (non -payment of an administrative fine within time). Banner in support of Ildar Dadina

Dadina is accused under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violation of the legislation on rallies). The activist faces up to 5 years in the colony. On January 30, Dadina was detained and placed in the IVS. However, the prosecutor's office did not support the application of the investigation to send the suspect in the pre -trial detention center. On February 3, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow Alexei Kaveshnikov appointed Dadin a house arrest. In June, the activist was charged with the final edition. An episode was excluded from the case regarding Dadin’s participation in the national gathering on Manezhnaya Square on January 15, 2015. This is explained by two reasons. Firstly, for participation in this gathering, the activist was already subjected to repression in administrative order - he was arrested for 15 days. Secondly, the criminal case against Dadin was opened according to an earlier episode. Meanwhile, the episode, which served as the basis for criminal prosecution, should be the latest in time.

At the same time, another episode was added to the activist, so their total number in the case is still four. Now Dadin is charged with participation in protests on August 6, August 23, September 13 and December 5, 2014. The last of these shares is an inconsistent procession along Myasnitskaya Street . Then eight activists with a banner "Kyiv - tomorrow Moscow" blocked the street, lit fireers and moved towards Lubyanskaya Square, where the FSB is located. Five demonstrators, including Dadin, were detained and left for the night in Basmann, but the next morning they released.

On July 23, preliminary hearings were held in the Dadin case. Judge Valentina Levashova extended the house arrest of Dadin until January 15. The defense petitioned for the transfer of the case in the Tver District Court, since three of the four administrative offenses imputed by the activist occurred in the territory of this court. The petition was rejected.

On August 5, at the first hearing on the merits of the case, Dadin refused to admit guilt . The lawyer Ksenia Kostromina requested the return of the case to the prosecutor due to the refusal to the party to call the stated witnesses at the preliminary investigation. However, the judge of the Basmanny district court Natalia Dudar rejected the petition.

In February, the Memorial human rights center regarded the persecution of Dadin, as well as two other activists, at that time involved under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code, Vladimir Ionov and Mark Galperin - as illegal and politically motivated . On September 12, the ECHR registered complaints of Dadin, Ionov and Halperin.
