More than six months ago, a citizen of Ukraine Alexander Kostenko was abducted from the threshold of his Simferopol house, was tortured in the FSB and accused of causing harm to the employees of the Ukrainian "Golden Eagle" during the Maidan. He was not treated for three months, broken by the Chekists, and continued to torture in a pre -trial detention center, demanding recognition and reservation of associates. On May 15, Kostenko was sentenced to 3 years 11 months in colony, and in October he was transferred to the Kirov region.

Then, in March, Father Kostenko disappeared. A criminal case was brought to his brother, and his wife and mother were searched several times. A week later in Simferopol, a court will be held on the claim of Kostenko against the Federal Security Service. The “facets” recorded the story of the mother of Politzek Elena Petrovna Kostenko , who was and remains his public defender.

The last time I saw my son Alexander Kostenko at the end of September. On October 1, I was no longer allowed to be in a pre -trial detention center. Usually they missed me because I am his public defender. And after the sentence, they said that I have no right to meet with my son, not only as a defender, but even as a mother. I was indignant, because in the Code of Criminal Procedure, the defender has the right to meet with the client and after the sentence. However, I was told categorically - we will not miss you. I demanded a written explanation, but I still wait for it. Only on October 6, the son called and for several seconds managed to say that he was transferred.

I hope that I will see him at least on the video on November 25, when in our Crimean garrison court he will consider his complaint about the actions of the FSB and causing harm to health. Sasha himself will tell about the torture that he was subjected to. In the same court, the FSB officers who tortured Sasha will be. I would really like one of the journalists to come there.

At the trial, when Alexander testified to torture, there was not a single journalist. Only "Golden Eagle", employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's office. And I would like everyone to hear that these torture were really. They broke his hand, he had to operate with a diagnosis of the "regional fracture of the cornfield of the left elbow." In the pre -trial detention center, he was not provided with the prescribed medical care, and now his hand does not bend in the elbow joint. I achieved for a very long time to make an operation, and achieved it. But after the operation, he was not even allowed to recover. From anesthesia, he got out in the car, fastened with handcuffs. He was taken to a pre -trial detention center and thrown into the cell.

The younger brother of Sasha, also opened a criminal case on Eugene, his younger brother. During the trial, when Poklonskaya prosecutor came to her first case and insisted on a harsh sentence, our lawyer and relatives left the hall, and at that moment someone allegedly saw that Zhenya had made some gesture. He himself says that he just raised his numb hand. But they started a case of disrespect for the court, summoned for interrogation, said that they would transfer the material to the Investigative Committee. Now for six months silence: "Wait for the call, wait for the call."

Twice they searched the apartment of Olga's civilian wife, while she had a chest daughter in her hands, my granddaughter Masha. They turned the whole house turned over, walked along the toys. Olga disappeared milk.

We also had illegal searches. During the search, Sasha was thrown some kind of pipe, called it a firearm and added a second charge. I resisted as I could and did not let them in, but my father, Fedor Stepanovich, allowed. During the first search, they told Fedor Stepanovich that these were procedural actions related to the disappearance of their son, although they knew very well where Alexander was. At this time, they had already detained him, tortured, and searched for clockwork for the prosecution.

By the way, there are witnesses to his abduction - neighbors. They have not yet been interviewed. And they saw how they brought Alexander directly from the entrance, twisted his hands, hit his head, hit in the stomach. The neighbors remembered the brand of the car and the number. And in the criminal case it is said that he was allegedly found in some city park and he seemed to be going to appear with a confession.

And finally, for eight months we do not know where Fedor Stepanovich is located. After the abduction of Sasha, in connection with all the events, I suffered a stroke and was in the hospital. And the husband decided to go to Ukraine to turn to the Commissioner for Human Rights, to give a press conference. But our son Zhenya called him and said that he had special services under the door. The husband said: "Do not open, I'm returning home." And we did not hear it anymore and did not see it.

I went around all the services, was at the border checkpoint on Jongar, asked me to be given a written answer, whether he crossed the border, to which they answered me: "We have no right to give you such information." I went to the police station in Dzhanka, traveled at the hospitals of the Dzhankoy district. But everything is unsuccessfully.

In Crimea, lawlessness is created in relation to not only us, but to all people who do not accept what is happening. The rights of people, including my son, are violated. All that they did is gross human rights violations

And all this is very difficult. I'm already sorry, I'm starting to go crazy because all this has accumulated.
