Those detained at the Basmanny Court were placed under arrest

The activists detained at the Basmanny Court on November 17 were placed under arrest by the Meshchansky Court. Nikita Trubitsyn was arrested for three days, Alexander Shelkovenkov - for five days. Both protocols were drawn up on repeated violations of the procedure for holding public events (Part 8 of Article 20.2), however, as reported, in the end they were fined for single violations (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
