The Presnensky District Court of Moscow returned to the police administrative cases of administrative offenses imputed to the leader of the Yabloko party, Sergei Mitrokhin, who was detained on November 7 at a rally in memory of the executed cadets. It is reported by TASS.
Reports were drawn up against Mitrokhin on violating the procedure for holding the event and disobeying the lawful demands of police officers. The court found violations in the protocols that need to be eliminated.
During the action, representatives of Yabloko planned to lay flowers at the building of the cadet school and hang a memorial plaque.
