In the Moscow City Court, a closed trial ended with the leader of the bloody gang of people's abductors Denis Shilin (“Shilo”) - as a result, he received 9 years and 6 months in prison. Such an insignificant period has become possible because Shilo has concluded a pre -trial agreement and is now taking place under the witness protection program. The bandit, which was charged with only three abductions, although at least a dozen crimes on his conscience (some hostages were missing), is under the enhanced protection of the state.

For several years, “Novy” conducted its own journalistic investigation of Shilin’s gang adventures, including thanks to our publications, most of its active members received significant prison terms. Unfortunately, the leader concluded the deal, so far, has not yet named the surname of most customers and their accomplices in power structures, which still occupy high posts.

The abduction of Belokamen

The businessman Alexander Belokamensky (has dual citizenship - the Russian Federation and the USA) stole on April 3, 2014 in Sokolniki - four men of dressed police uniforms with shouts: “You are a foreign spy! Lie! FSB! " - hit the businessman on the head and pushed into the car. First, Belokamensky was expected by blood to the village cemetery and demanded a ransom of 5 million dollars. At the same time, Shilin broke his leg in two places.

Then Belokamensky was brought to the village of Osinki of the Solnechnogorsk district, to the suburban house of the OMVD on duty in the Voikovsky district of the police captain of Alexander Khudkov. The businessman chained was held in the bathroom and periodically beaten.

Captain Khudkov, who was one of the best duty officers in the UVD of CAO of Moscow, was especially zealous: coming from duty, he took a police club and struck a broken foot of the hostage.

In addition to Shilina and Zerkova, the gang included the previously convicted Valery Pasenkov and his friend Ilya Ovechkin.

During telephone conversations with the partners of Belokamensky, the investigators calculated the whereabouts of Shilo, and the SOBR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took the house in the aspen.

Now the businessman is undergoing an intensive course of treatment in the United States and categorically refuses to return to Russia (court hearings were held without his participation).

According to our source, familiar with the course of the investigation, at first Shilo stubbornly was silent, and then named the name of the alleged customer - the former father -in -law of the Belokamen pensioner Igor Kigas (is under house arrest).

According to the testimony, Kigas allegedly suggested that he abduct the son -in -law, and divide the ransom in half. In addition, Shilo provided investigators with a correspondence with a pensioner by e -mail and confirmed his testimony at full -time rates.

In turn, Kigas rejects all the accusations and writes complaints to the prosecutor's office.

Meanwhile, it is known that after the divorce of his daughter, the pensioner presented a number of financial claims against Belokamensky and constantly accused the ex-related man of the Ukrainian and American intelligence on passing arbitration courts. However, the judges made decisions in favor of the former son -in -law.

At one time, Mr. Kigas headed the advice of directors of the infamous Sudbusinessbank and Credittrast, who later lost bank licenses at the request of the Central Bank. In addition to dubious banking operations, the sums of ransom for stolen people were cashed through Sudbusinessbank. So, in 2003, in Togliatti, the Tagiryanovskaya organized crime group, whose members killed many people, including Novaya Gazeta journalist Igor Domnikov, abducted Viktor Faber and chief accountant Natalia Starodubtsev (random-30 million rubles). At first, the hostages got in touch, but as soon as the first tranche entered Sudbusinessbank, they were killed.

According to some media reports, Alexander Slesarev was the real owner of Sudbusinessbank and Creditrast, and Igor Kigas was his right hand. According to the source in banking circles, “Slesarev constantly dangled between the“ roofs ”of Chechens and the FSB, until in 2005 he was shot on Kashirskoye Shosse with his wife, daughter and confessor” (the crime is not disclosed).

There is another very curious story related to Kigas and Slesarev: in September 2003, in the center of Moscow, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Bumister (search for No. 16517) mysteriously disappeared the deputy head of the department of special technical events (UstM) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The MVD USTM is a super -secret unit, counteracts crimes in the field of computer technology and is engaged in telephone wiretapping. According to the operatives investigating the abduction, the lieutenant colonel has long been suspected of "plum" to interested persons of secret information and planned police events.

- We think that in addition he was blackmailing merchants involved in financial fraud and, in the end, ran into influential people. Apparently, they gave the team to liquidate it.

On suspicion of organizing the abduction of Buimister, a fighter of the metropolitan riot police was detained, but there was no direct evidence and the criminal case remained a “hanging”. Yes, on the day of the disappearance, Lieutenant Colonel Bumister made eight calls to Sudbusinessbank, including Kigas and Slesarev.

Hostages of Ushakov and Parshin

In addition to Belokamensky, Shilin is charged with the organization of abductions of the Latvian businessman Alexei Ushakov and Moscow student Maxim Parshin.

Mr. Ushakov was captured on April 4, 2005 at the Planet Fitness sports complex on Bolshaya Kislovsky Lane and held in the garage box in the village of Andreevka, Solnechnogorsk district. During the capture of the hostage, strong beatings were inflicted and four ribs broke.

During interrogations, Shilin said that Ushakova was ordered by the former bank clerk Oleg Dushenko, who had been living in Khimki, who proposed "to disrupt the ransom of about 3 million bucks." But the victim is sure that for Dushenko and Shilin there were completely different people in uniform.

The criminals were supposed to receive part of the ransom in the Moscow branch of Parksbank, where the operatives were already waiting for them. The confusion began and Ushakov managed to escape. At the same time, Shilina and his accomplice of Stekhov-Putilov were detained with shooting.

However, the prosecutor of the Presnensky interdistrict prosecutor's office Yevgeny Kuzmin released the bandit taken from a red-handed bandit (in the criminal case there is a report that Shilo offered the operatives a bribe-250 thousand dollars), and Steaksov-Potilov sentenced only 9 months of deprivation of liberty.

“Then I already found out that Shilo turned out to be a criminal,” the prosecutor Kuzmin told me.

- And you, it seems, soon bought a new apartment? I asked.

Some time after Shilo went out of the gate of the Presnensky prosecutor's office, he stole the 22-year-old Muscovite Maxim Parshin. The mother of a hostage engaged in large railway transportation, the offender demanded a ransom - 7.2 million dollars.

First, Maxim was kept in the same garage as Ushakova, and then transported to the village of Marygino, Tula region. In total, he stayed hostage for 5 months, and Shilo constantly threatened to cut his finger, pour his eyes and send relatives by mail. And no one even tried to look for a student:

-I came to the Lubyanka or to Petrovka-38, and they told me: “Enough, put a fool. You specially agreed with Maxim to withdraw money from the country, ”Raisa Parshina cries. - Can you imagine what I had to experience?

In addition to Shilina, Parshin’s abduction participated: the State Duma deputy from Andrei Skoch - Maxim Kan (Russia now seeks his extradition from France), an employee of the State Duma apparatus, Igor Sviridenko (was a witness), former paratrooper Igor Pronin and two more people.

Only thanks to the former UBOP employee Andrei Aleshin managed to go on the trail of the Shilinsky gang and release the hostage. True, some people soon went to the operative and advised: "Do not interfere with profitable business, otherwise you will find yourself in prison." Aleshin was not afraid, continued the investigation and in the toga himself was accused of capturing hostages and convicted of 15 years. Before sending to the colony, Aleshin gave an interview to our correspondent and said that on the eve of Parshin’s abduction, some senior FSB officers invited his mother to participate in smuggling schemes from China, but she refused (details in “New” No. 100 of September 9, 2011).

Court

At the trial, Shilin asked for forgiveness from the victims and supposedly completely repented.

The lawyer said that the defendant has a mitigating circumstance: he never registered in a neuropsychiatric dispensary - which greatly made fun of all those present in the hall.

“I looked into Shilin’s eyes several times,” said Raisa Parshina. - And I did not see any remorse there. A cruel bandit sat in front of me, regretting that he accidentally got caught. One thing is good that he was not released as usual.

Unfortunately, about a dozen more crimes of the crimes of the Shilo committed, including: the abduction of the candidate for deputies from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Nikolai L. (paid 3 million dollars), Muscovites Lolita Sudakova (the amount of redemption of $ 500 thousand), Alexander Pizika’s father (500 thousand dollars, disappeared) and the director of the defense enterprise Vadima Vadima Vadima Strukova (400 thousand dollars, the further fate of the hostage is unknown). Customers are still walking at large, according to our data, holding high posts in special services and ministries.

In addition, it has not been established who in 2005 supplied Shilo with fake documents and helped to flee to Uruguay, and then to France. With which natives of Chechnya and Turkey, he performed “special matters” in England, as evidenced by Schilin's correspondence intercepted from Butyrka with a certain “Nikolai Andreevich” (read “New” No. 123 of October 31, 2014).

How did the bandit manage to return to Russia in the international and federal wanted list, and by what, in fact, documents? And what kind of accomplices from among the police, according to his correspondence, do they work at Sheremetyevo Airport?

And here's another thing: the investigators interviewed by us suggested that in three years, Shilin would go out to freedom.
