Today, November 25, on the Hevi-Metal website of the Kipelov group, a message of its leader, vocalist and composer Valery Kipelov appeared that he decided to sign up in the army and go to the war with ISIS (a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation).

Under the heading “I stop my activity”, Kipelov writes : “In the light of the events in my country, I cannot stay aloof and watch how ISIS terrorists are atrocious, and the shot down by the Russian aircraft became the last straw. I am folding my guitar, and tomorrow I am a volunteer in the ground forces against ISIS. ”

Kipelov also invites to join his initiative and makes a place and date of the collection on November 27.

“Together we will take revenge on Russia and help stop the propagation of Islam around the world. God is with us, ”concludes the musician.

The Kipelov group was formed in 2002 after the split of the Aria group, one of the founders of which was Valery Kipelov in the mid-1980s. The Kipelov group released two studio albums, this year it was announced plans to record the third. At the end of October, the release of the new single “rebellious”, written for the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and dedicated to the feat of people who survived the blockade of Leningrad, took place.
