You know, this whole demagogy is about the fact that human life, they say, is priceless - you succumb to it first, fascinating it. And then you read: the parents of the dead soldiers were paid compensation, for example, a million rubles. And the spouses of people who crashed in a plane crash are insurance. Let's say one and a half million.
And you think: how, and that's all? Is that so much life? One and a half million? How did they calculate it, which accounts were taken out? What variables were included in the equation? The average salary multiplied by the amount of on average the years left to retirement? And the non -embodied ideas - did you count? And unborn children? And so and have not recovered from the loss and before the deadline of the gone parents? And how did all this meet the miserable million and a half?
And if half a century of human life cost a million, why can I not buy it for this money - to myself or my loved ones? Of course, I would spend so much. Give father and mother for another twenty years. Leave yourself a little to stay with your children longer. Anyway ... After all, it only seems that time is flying. How many for ten at least years you can have time! See, understand, survive. Travel, achieve something. Ten years ...
And you think, like this, you would bought a stranger? There would be a wonderful opportunity - to buy another person of an extra ten years of life, would I buy? In theory ... Well, if, for example, not very expensive ... then why would it ... The devil knows. It's hard to say. One and a half million, you know ... No, probably. No.
But this is not fantasy. You can buy life to others, only most of us - like me - do not use this opportunity.
You see a post in the Facebook tape: they collect for treatment with cancer one, another - and you scroll out as soon as possible. We have this way to cancer: as a curse. Like a plague. Everything, and I am the same. Cancer for an ordinary person, for me, for example, is incomprehensible. And it seems invincible. He drains people, exhausts the soul to them: he always requires hopes and will from them, and he feeds on their hope and their will. It’s scary to read about him, because until you remember and do not know about him, he seems to be not for you. And if you read the post, let him in as if into your world. It’s scary to read about the sick, who have not deserved their illness. It seems that in these articles already, in these posts of the Facebook - leprosy, a curse. And you understand that idiocy is complete, but you cannot make yourself touch someone else's trouble. There is something in us ... It is in us. In America, that's not the case with that.
And then I read about this collection. And there, without faces, without a tear, without maternal tears. Mathematics is pure: the largest children's oncocenter in Russia lacks two specific medical devices - monitors of monitoring the patient. Each device costs a million with a little rubles. Everyone will allow you to operate on forty people a year more. For forty children more a year. Two bought - for eighty children. The hospital has no money for them. Tchk. Dry, for sure.
And then imagine: how are they enjoying the operation of mothers with children, as they are waiting ... They look at their daughter-in-laws every day ... they melt ... they melt ... The turn crawls slowly ... What do mothers tell them there, their children? That everything will be good? They promise something about summer, about the sea? About how the next year they will return to school, classmates will develop, they will write down for ballroom dancing, where the dresses are beautiful, will they drive football? You will begin to imagine such things ... or as the parents first suspected this, imagined. The baby was ill, well, and went to the doctor, and there ... We did not believe how we could believe in such a thing ... It’s scary to even think about it. Easier in the sand. Stick this post on Facebook, look away from the newspaper ad.
Waiting in line. And the queue does not rest on the medicines inaccessible, not in busy surgeons, not in a deaf indifferent bureaucracy, but simply in some two fucking monitors. There will be these monitors - they operate in eighty children in the first year. They will extend life to someone, someone will be cured at all. There are no monitors - there is no possibility of postoperative care, minus two places a year will be involved in the onco center. There will be no monitors - eighty children will not wait. Seas, vacation. Graduation. Kisses in the entrance. Student Podels. They will not grow. They will not become anyone. There will be: morphins, nonsense and darkness. They will remain terrible large -headed chicks with sunk eyes at parents in smartphones: remember and cry on his birthday. Lord, if only this cup has passed me.
That's all - what mathematics? Which? The same dry, simple. Two devices cost two million two hundred thousand rubles. And again, you can calculate the price of life. Children's, long. Divide two million four thousand thousand into eighty. We get thirty thousand rubles. It’s foolish to think, huh? And frost on the skin. Is it true.
They offered me a fee for this article. I started to write - I thought: well, it’s a shame to take it for such a thing; Let them leave yourself, in this of their fund. It’s stupid that I'm afraid of cancer, I will write to overcome myself. I could not overcome. He was able to calculate the price: four hundred euros for a lifetime, six euros for each year of childhood. I added and understood-I will tear my ass from a chair, I will reach the bank and make a transfer. These are the same thirty thousand rubles. Equal: one person. Girl or boy. Do not pay off cancer, not to pay off from conscience ... but simply. Just because if I could buy my life for four hundred euros, wouldn't I buy it?
Not necessarily so much. You can as much as you like. The year of someone else's childhood, the year of someone’s youth, it turns out, is worth a penny. Not necessarily through the bank. You can, after all, with a card, SMSK, and electronic money. It is embarrassed to translate human life into money, but the head itself thinks already. Five hundred rubles-and pulled someone's child out of horror, out of darkness, out of despair-for an endless year. The year of children's life is a pocket for everyone. And in a year everything can happen. And a miracle.
