Yekaterina Gerasimova, head of the Progress Party branch in the Samara region, was summoned to court on December 2 on charges of organizing an uncoordinated rally on May 6. This is written by Novaya Gazeta in the Volga Region.

At the same time, the May 6 action in support of political prisoners was not held in the form of a rally, but in the form of successive single pickets and, therefore, could not be agreed upon.

According to Gerasimova, she was present at the picket, and on October 30 she was called to the police to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense.

“When I asked who referred the case, he answered directly: CPE,” Gerasimova recounted her conversation with the police officer. Why didn't they write the protocol themselves? Because they don't have that power. I said that I wanted to get acquainted with the case file. He refused to show the materials in full. I saw that it contains statements from NOD members, one of whom found on the Internet a recording of the other, made during a solitary picket on the street.
