Documents on the cases of those detained at the court were returned to the police department, but they want to leave them overnight

The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow returned the materials on the administrative cases of Alexander Shelkovenkov and Dmitry Karasev to the Krasnoselsky police department. According to Mykola Zboroshenko, a lawyer for the Public Verdik, the court pointed out that the protocols contained unspecified corrections, and in some places the text was unreadable. Now, as the lawyer told OVD-Info, the detainees should be returned to the police station, where they will be required to appear in court, after which they should be released. However, police officers told him that they had received an order to leave Shelkovenkov and Karasev at the police station for the night. According to Zboroshenko, this is illegal, since the administrative detention has already ended. He intends to go to the police department and "reason" the chief.

On Shelkovenkov and Karasev, who were detained at the Basmanny court, protocols were drawn up on petty hooliganism.
