The wife of a member of the Kushchevskaya organized crime group spoke about the company from the FBK investigation

The wife of one of the leaders of the Kushchevskaya organized crime group, Natalya Tsepovyaz, said that the Sugar Kuban company, in which the former wife of Deputy Prosecutor General Olga Lopatina owned a stake, was created without her knowledge. According to Tsepovyaz, she knows for sure that the company did not work. Why she was created, she does not know.

As Natalya Tsepovyaz said, her husband was in charge of all business-related matters. She suggested that "something didn't work out" with the company.

According to Kommersant , the Sugar Kuban company was created to build a sugar factory. The cost of the enterprise could reach 240 million euros. The Krasnodar Department of Agriculture was interested in the project, but they needed borrowed money (a loan from Rosselkhozbank). According to Kommersant, the project was not implemented, since in 2010 the Rosselkhozbank branch underwent inspections and its director was fired and then convicted.

Natalya Tsepovyaz owned a quarter of Sugar Kuban LLC, another quarter belonged to Sergey Tsapok, leader of the organized criminal group from Kushchevskaya. The other half belonged to the Arline company, which is still owned by the ex-wife of the Deputy Prosecutor General Olga Lopatina and the wife of the former manager of the Prosecutor General's Office Nadezhda Staroverova.

Olga Lopatina became famous after the publication of an investigation by the Anti-Corruption Foundation . It said that Lopatina was a business partner of the bandits from Kushchevskaya, who killed 12 people. In addition, Lopatina does business with the son of Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika Artem - they have a hotel in Greece. Olga Lopatina stated that she did not know anything about Sugar Kuban (although her mention is in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities ) and promised to sue FBK. Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika called the investigation ordered. In fact, they didn't say anything.
