On December 1, the FBK published an investigation, which claimed that the son of the Prosecutor General Artyom Chaika has a share in the Greek Hotel Pomegranate. The co -owner of the hotel in the FBK was called the ex -wife of the deputy prosecutor general Olga Lopatin. According to the Fund, she is conducting a business with Natalia Tsepovyaz and Angela-Maria Tsapok, who are the wives of Vyacheslav Tsepopyg and Sergey Tsapk, convicted of organizing massacres in the village of Kushchevskaya, Krasnodar Territory. In the Kremlin, they did not comment on the resonance investigation, referring to employment. The Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika himself called the materials of the investigation false and "no soil that have any soil." He also stated that he was aware of the authors and customers of the “stuffing” and that he was ready to call them in the near future. The same opinion is held by another person involved in the investigation - the ex -wife of the deputy prosecutor general Olga Lopatin. I called the accusations against it false, but almost immediately after that the head of the FBK Alexei Navalny showed where to find documents that easily refute the assurances of Lopatina.

The ex-wife of the deputy prosecutor general said that she was preparing a statement of claim for the protection of honor and dignity and business reputation. At the same time, she will ask the investigation to conduct an audit of supposedly “false” registration documents to which they referred to the FBK. "As far as I know, the lawyers A. Yu. Chaika (this is the son of Yuri Chaika) is also now being studied by the opportunity to appeal to the court," Lopatin said.

He promised to go to court Navalny - he would file a lawsuit against Yuri Chaika. He emphasized that the employees of the Fund usually do not go to court, "although officials always brazenly lie about the work of the FBK, but perhaps it can be excluded."
