On November 3, a supporter of Alexei Navalny, Nikolai Lyaskin, was handed a prosecutor's warning at the place of his registration, which states that, according to the information available to prosecutors, Lyaskin plans to organize protest actions by truck drivers on December 3, 4 and 5 related to the blocking of highways. In the document, Lyaskin is warned of possible liability under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing). Nikolai Lyaskin wrote about this on his Facebook page .
“As far as I understand, this is due to the fact that we support truckers and provide them with legal and informational support,” Lyaskin wrote.
He also added that the lawyers of the Moscow branch of the Progress Party continue to provide legal assistance to protesters.
