Those detained at the Basmanny Court are again taken to court

Alexander Shelkovenkov and Dmitry Karasev, who were detained on December 2 near the Basmanny Court, are being taken to the Meshchansky Court. Earlier, the Meshchansky Court sent the materials of their administrative cases back to the police department, after which they were left at the police department for the night, which, according to the lawyer of the Public Verdict, Nikolai Zboroshenko, is illegal. Dmitry Karasev told OVD-Info that he was on a dry hunger strike.

Petty hooliganism protocols were drawn up against Shelkovenkov and Karasev. They were detained while trying to chain the doors of the Basmanny Court, where on December 2 a regular hearing was held in the case of Ildar Dadin, accused of repeatedly violating the rules for holding public events. The debate on his case is scheduled for December 7.
