For example, the President not only agree with the idea of ​​extending the amnesty of capital for a year, but also supports the idea of ​​“hovering the law”, that is, to allow not to repatriate securities from abroad for their legalization.

Vedomosti draw attention to the fact that the amnesty of capital announced last year has not earned - only 200 people took advantage of the right to exemption from criminal and administrative responsibility for violations of tax legislation.

The president in his message will also agree with the idea of ​​reducing the supervisory functions of the government. The head of state instructed to deal with excessive supervision a year ago, but work on this order is still only at the very beginning, from real reforms, it has only been made a decision to unite the FAS and FST.

Thus, the Ministry of Economic Development proposes to reduce the number of employees in the Federal Air Force (1357 people) by transferring the quality control of alcoholic beverages to Rospotrebnadzor, and the authority to account for products in the Federal Tax Service. Similar transformations are proposed in transport supervision.

However, the president in recent years has given most of his messages to the economic situation - which is not surprising, given the difficult situation in this direction.
