Apple has sued Samsung for $548 million for technology patent infringement. The corresponding agreement of the parties was sent to the California court.
According to the document , Samsung agrees to pay 548 million if Apple sends them an invoice within December 4, KST. Apple declined to say whether this was done, reports Reuters.
- Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung in 2011. In 2012, the court ordered the defendant to pay Apple a billion dollars. As a result of the appeals, the amount was reduced to 930 million, and the case was divided into two - one considered infringement of technology patents, and the other concerned the possible copying of the appearance of products.
- The second case will be decided in 2016. The possible amount of payments is 382 million dollars.
