2) charging fees for the use of federal routes is already the fourth tax, supposedly necessary to maintain transport infrastructure and new road construction in the order of transport. The first three are taxes from any business to the budget, excise taxes on fuel, collection from vehicles. This practice has no analogues in the civilized world, where all fees are “transparent” and a report on their expense on purpose is required. We demand to stop it!

3) Any official assurances are hypocritical about the "support of the small business" against the backdrop of ignoring the requirements of small entrepreneurs - owners of trucks. <...>

4) The Plato system itself immediately after the conduct created insurmountable obstacles for those who were going to pay for the fare through it. <...>

5) the transfer without a contract for the creation of Plato Rotenberg to the youngest is a direct evidence of corruption in power, obvious to everyone.
