Earlier, the Governor of the Khanty -Mansi Autonomous Okrug called on local authorities to organize evening leisure for adolescents.
On the night of December 5 to 6, in the village of Lyantor, 8 teenagers were killed who could not get out of the tanned country bath. In a series of messages on his Twitter, the Children's Ombudsman said: “Our children are very poorly prepared for emergency situations: fires, hurricanes, terrorist attacks. It is necessary to urgently update and supplement the ISF program with practical classes, training, exercises. In the case of emergency, each student should clearly know what he should do and provide assistance in.”
The emergency occurred in the bath of one of the dachas "Phoenix" of the city of Lyantor. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug said that initially 13 teenagers celebrated the birthday of one of their friends at home under the supervision of their parents. Then eight people went to the country on their own. The teenagers licked a stove-stove in the bathhouse, the building caught fire, they died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence to two or more persons).
On Sunday, investigators are trying to establish whether the dead alcohol consumed.
