The official said that the Ministry of Defense has a discussion about Poland’s accession to the Nuclear Exchange program, which allows you to place nuclear weapons provided by the United States in the country. The decision is designed to strengthen the country's defense capacity, he stressed.

Among 28 NATO countries are three nuclear powers - the USA, France and Great Britain. Only the United States provide its weapons as part of the Nuclear Exchange program. Currently, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Italy and Türkiye joined it.
