Dashaev fulfills the request, Yarik disappears somewhere, and Vasily and Svetlana are tied to the conversation, then they ask Dashaev to recharge their second car-it died out for a long time. Murtaza is taken to the trees and in the presence of the witnesses “find” a bundle, in which 6.31 grams of “spice” will then be discovered.

Understanding what was happening, Dashaev begins to resist and raise noise in order to attract the attention of eyewitnesses. As you hear in the video, he shouts: “This is not my package, you brought your witnesses here. These are your people! "

In 2002, 16-year-old Murtaz Dashaev, together with the younger brother Muslim, moved from Chechnya to Kazan, entered the Russian Islamic University, began to work. By the beginning of 2013, problems were discovered with work in Kazan - they were building little, there is no money, and in the arms of Murtaz - the two -year -old daughter of Leila. Therefore, it was decided to move to Moscow. At the construction site, Murtaz gets acquainted with a certain Yarik ( the name is known for the editorial office ). Relations are not very good - there are rumors that Yarik is engaged in drugs, and once even reached a fight: Murtaz hit Yarik for trying to sell drugs at the object. The latter simply left the construction, and a year and a half - not a rumor or spirit, before that on December 3, 2014, when Yarik calls Murtaz and asks for help: to give up to the house, because there is no money at all, but he was terribly frozen. Thus, Dashaev ended up in the unfortunate courtyard in Kashirka, and then you know.

Just for the Chechen to refuse a person who is in trouble means to act unworthy. “We always supported each other. I am very proud of them. Not everyone has such a brother as murtaz. He did not know how to refuse help, ”says Muslim, brother of Murtaz.

Without witnesses

On November 3 of this year, the judge of the Nagatinsky district court, Natalya Borisenkova, sentenced Dashaeva to 10 years in prison. In order to figure out who is who, she needed only eight meetings. And what to understand? The Chechen, came to Moscow to earn money, has no education, there is no permanent residence in Moscow ... By all signs, the ideal defendant and the victim of the stick system, requiring at the end of the year to close the disclosure reports.

Yarik, like Vasily and Svetlana, disappeared from the case in principle, and this pushes to the assumption that the same Yarik is an ordinary provocateur. About the witnesses. It was not possible to call one to the court: they could not find in any way, and the second - Pavel Kozhin - did not need to look: he was brought from "sailor silence." Prosecutor : Under what circumstances did you participate as a witness?

Kozhin : It was a long time ago, and I was inadequate, I then used drugs.

P .: Did you read your testimony?

K .: No, I see poorly without glasses.

Lawyer : Did you suffer from drug addiction at that time?

K . : Yes.

A .: What did you use?

K . : Heroin.

Judge : Did you give such evidence ? (This refers to a confrontation protocol between Kozhin and Dashaev. - A. T. ).

K .: I do not remember, at that moment I could sign any testimony.

At the end of the interrogation, Kozhin said that at the time the Orm had a conventional criminal record in drugs.

Friends lead the investigation

“They decided to introduce him to the Chechen homeless person and hang the case,” says Laura, a close acquaintance of the Dashaev family. Since the investigation ignored the existence of key witnesses, Laura and lawyer Alexander Panov decided to engage in their own investigation. They found the chairman of the HOA house 102 on the Kashirskoye Shosse, according to the signs found out in which apartment Vasily and Svetlana supposedly nonexistent for operas live. They found the apartment, but only, as the neighbor said, the couple from there on the New Year's Eve unexpectedly moved out, it is only known that Svetlana continues to work as a hairdresser in a beauty salon. At the first meeting with Laura, Svetlana burst into tears, confirmed that that evening she was at the place of detention and promised the next day to come to the meeting. But she did not appear in court, and at work she took a two -week vacation. At a second meeting, I backward: "I know nothing, I will not say anything under the protocol."

I signed up for Svetlana for an appointment. She still did not know that Dashaev was given the "ten." “I’m not quite a haircut, I just want to talk to you,” I start a conversation when they invite me to a chair. “I understood why you came,” the young, short, with a pleasant face, answers the administrator and calls the administrator. Svetlana is silent, she doesn’t look at me, her gaze buried her on the floor. The administrator acts in the spirit that her employee is not obliged to say anything, she also needs to be understood and left alone.

- I have the right not to say anything.

I tell you that Dashaev was given 10 years last week. I see that she is very embarrassed what she wants, but is afraid to help. But she is from Moldova, who makes her absolutely affordable target for security officials: you will go to court to the witnesses, but you will find yourself there in the place of Dashaev.

- The defense side believes that it is impossible to use evidence obtained with a violation, and rely on them in the indictment. These include Kozhin’s testimony, which in court admitted that he gave them while in a stupefied state, and at that moment registered in the PND. And the law categorically prohibits the use of citizens limited in legal capacity in the ORM, because drug addicts are dependent people.

The absence of three witnesses in the case looks extremely suspicious. The court’s refusal to conduct an additional fingerprint examination is incomprehensible, because the first examination showed that there are prints on the package with Spice, but they do not belong to Dashaev. Who then?

It turns out that if he is a Chechen, then he must be guilty. Only the beard made him a bandit.
