Previously, Sidorkina described the publication “Glass. RU ”, as for two days she could not find her client and found out that he was in the temporary detention center of the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate, only after the intervention of the public observation commission.
On December 7, Sidorkina managed to get to the IVS to Buchenkov. She asked whether they beat him after the detention - he replied that they hadn’t beaten, but they exerted psychological pressure. “On December 4, when a preventive measure in the form of a premises in custody was already chosen, operational employees from the Center for Combating Extremism came to it and strongly recommended that they cooperate with the investigation, otherwise very strict measures would be applied to it, and which specifics were not said about it,” said Sidorkina. The operatives promised to go more.
The investigation showed Buchenkov a video from Bolotnaya Square, where a certain person in black kicks the policemen and tries to turn the closets. According to the investigation, Buchenkov is this person. “He is extremely indignant,” says Sidorkina, “because he was not at all at the place of events. He was with his relatives in Nizhny Novgorod, and at the moment when events took place in Bolotnaya Square, he followed from Nizhny Novgorod to Moscow, he arrived in Moscow on May 6 late in the evening. ”
The Basmanny Court arrested Buchenkov for two months. As a rule, after the court has chosen a preventive measure, a person should be sent to a pre -trial detention center. But Buchenkov continues to be kept in the IVS. The reasons for this Sidorkina are not clear: “In the IVS, of course, any investigative actions are much more convenient to carry out than in a pre-trial detention center-in the pre-trial detention center you have to stand in line, look for some rooms. Maybe he was left so that the “echniks” could calmly come and put pressure? ”
Apparently, Buchenkov was mentioned during the court in the case of four accused for events in Bolotnaya, among whom was Anti -Fascist Alexei Gaskarov. The testimony of a classified minor witness, called Sergei Gerasimov, says that he (Gerasimov) was in a column that organized anarchist movement “Autonomous Action”. According to Gerasimov, Gaskarov first approached them, who told them that their goal was to “come and not to leave”, that is, not to leave Bolotnaya after the rally ended, and then, when it became known about a sedentary strike near a police cordon, one of the “autonomous action” coordinators, nicknamed Sim, led the column to cordon. The investigation painted a picture, according to which Gaskarov was a kind of coordinator of anarchists and anti-fascists who participated in a stupor breakthrough.
Buchenkov is known in the circle of anarchists just under the name Sim and really was a prominent participant in “autonomous action”. Then he left him along with a group of activists, which is now called "People's Self -Defense." At the same time, even if you do not take into account Buchenkov’s words about Alibi (which is also confirmed by his relatives) and assume that “a person in black” (as Sidorkina says, “very active”) is very similar to him, it is not clear why the investigation became interested in Buhenkov right now, three and a half years after the events in Bolotnaya. All this time, Buchenkov did not hide, lived in Moscow, worked, was the applicant of public events, he was even detained by the CPE employees.
