Last Friday, a street barber of Melbourne Nasir Sobhani, known to the whole world as Streets Barber, and the team of hairdressers from SHOP-Chop trimmed 13 homeless Petersburgers in the courtyard of the Owners Charitable organization.

Nasir came to Russia for the first time and considers this journey the most extreme in his life. In addition to St. Petersburg, the hairdresser also managed to call in Moscow and Tyumen, where also a harsh of people on a charity basis.

For Nasir, who transformed the homeless in Australia and America, in Russia it was a discovery that people can live on the street not at their request, but rather really want to get out, but not have such an opportunity. He says that earlier he met only those inhabitants of the street who themselves chose such a way. The stylist noted that in Russia men prefer more classic haircuts or haircuts “under zero”. It is understandable, homeless people never know when they will manage to get a haircut next time.

Unfortunately, for four hours of work, Nasir and the guys from Chop-Chop did not have time to cut all the comers. And everyone asked us: "And when will such a haircut will be next time?"

The team from Chop-Chop says that soon, the guys have a plan to bring the halves of the dog to St. Petersburg every year.

The Nasir of the Sninom, the 26-year-old barber who got rid of drug addiction more than three years ago, works in the Australian Medusa salon six days a week, and on its only weekend goes to the streets of Melbourne to cut the homeless. He gives them not only a new haircut, but also hope at the beginning of a new life. His selflessness and talent are marked by many international publications (Daily Mail, BuzzFeed, Metro, etc.), and the hairdresser himself talks about his mission and the experience of street work on social networks, where tens of thousands of people monitor his posts.
