Buchenkov is charged with the articles traditional for the “swamp business” - “Participation in the riots” (part 2 of article 212 of the Criminal Code) and “Violence for a representative of the authorities” (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). His case is conducted by Alexei addin, who had previously been involved in prisoners on May 6. All this time, Buchenkova could not find in any pre -trial detention center, the investigator dumped the calls of Buchenkov's father. In court, the interests of the accused were represented by a state lawyer who refused to communicate with relatives when they said that they had chosen another defender.

“Russia is not a decree for Moscow, in all pre -trial detention centers, lawyers can pass without the permission of the investigator, but not in this city,” the defender laments. “But officially my documents have not yet reached, for the investigator I am formally no one, which means that Buchenkov is actually from Wednesday without a lawyer.”

The anarchist environment believes that the candidate of political sciences could become a suspect based on the testimony of a secret witness who performed at the Gaskarov process. At that time, a minor “Sergei Gerasimov” admitted that he was afraid of “Gaskarov’s militants”, and mentioned the nickname Buchenkov among those who allegedly broke through a police cordon. Anarchist does not admit his fault.

At first, information appeared that on May 6, Buchenkov was resting in Greece, however, according to Sidorkina, he left there only on May 9, and in the evening of the 6th he rode from his parents from Nizhny to the capital. If this can be proved, then the story of the three other “swamps” may be repeated. According to the testimony, employees were accused of clashes with the police, although they were detained in the morning on the approaches to the square, as a result they fell under an amnesty. However, they were more fortunate - none of them were charged with Art. 318 (“Application of violence against a representative of the authorities”), and then the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution was then celebrated, with which the amnesty was connected.

Buchenkova is respected by activists, and any respected person suffers to bodies, the lawyer believes. Buchenkov’s friends are more straightforward: after the murder by members of the “combat organization of Russian nationalists” Ivan Khutorsky and Fedor Filatov at the addresses obtained in the police, after the landing of Gaskarov and the stoops, the security forces considered it necessary to completely “close the issue” with the small but uncontrolled anti -fascists and anarchists.

“If Dima was really there on May 6, it is strange on his part to make all street marches for the next three years.
