On December 11 at 9:30 a.m. the world court of the Tverskoy district of Moscow (section 423) will consider an administrative case against Alexander Cherkasov, Chairman of the Board of Memorial.
He is charged under part 1 of Article 19.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order or demand of an official of the body exercising state supervision). According to the Ministry of Justice, "Memorial" did not fully provide documents for verification.
