All citizens detained on Saturday in the center of Moscow for shares in honor of the Constitution Day are exempted in connection with the expiration of 48 hours - the deadline for detention without sanction. This was reported by the OVD-Info.

The detainees were released after delivery to the Tver district court. Some of them were forced to sign the obligations of a turnout for a signaling of the agenda - documents not provided for by the Code of Administrative Offenses and have no legal force. Other detainees - as reported, "due to the lack of control" - left the court without signing such obligations.

At the same time, however, the ATS-Info does not specify how much people were released. Earlier, the site reported four civilian activists detained in OP "Meshchansky" before the court. This is Alexey Nikitin, Stanislav Belyansky, Grigory Semenov and Sergey Chinenov. They issued protocols under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of a policeman), which provides for up to 15 days of arrest.

Meanwhile, only on Monday it became known that the same police department in the neighboring chambercontains 21-year-old Karl Mars , which also imputed part 1 of article 19.3. As reported, Mars did not participate in the event, but only passed by - they detained him, for the fact that he "pulled by the provocateor scarf", which beat an elderly participant in the action. Nevertheless, in the report, which was compiled by the senior sergeant of the 2nd Opera of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Moscow A. Sofronov, it is stated that Mars was also a participant in the event.

OVD-Info did not report the detention of Mars. Since the news about the release of the detainees does not indicate their number and the surname is not given, it remains unclear whether he is released along with four activists or not.

Only on December 12 in Moscow, the police detained more than 30 participants in the action in honor of the Constitution Day . The event, held instead of the "march of change" instead of the authorities inconsistent with the authorities, began with single pickets on Pushkinskaya Square. Then about 80 people left there and silently moved along the boulevards. During the walk, the police detained several more citizens.
