On July 12, 2015, I and two of my associates, Kirill Kablov and Dmitry Kraynov, were about the same at the same time detained in different parts of the city. The detention was participated exclusively by the traffic police and the CPE.
All three detainees were brought to the Saratov bridge - Engels, and after my call to the Office of their own security for Saratov with a message about the illegal detention of the three, we were hastily plunged into service traffic police and were taken to the police department No. 1 in the Volzhsky district of Saratov.
After we were taken to the department, we were transferred to the duty officer, which, under the sensitive control of the Central Burnts, selected explanations from us on the subject of where we were the last few hours and under what circumstances we were detained. Personally, that evening, an employee of the Central Department Store Perekhankov pulled me out by force from a minibus, in which I was heading home.
In the department we also conducted inspection, during which flash drives, campaign materials, a tablet computer, a pair of “Yarosha business cards” and a knife (“Yarosh business cards” were seized in the form of a magnet for a refrigerator. They began to be distributed in Kyiv after the Russian media reports in Slavyansk were said about the visitors of the “Right Sector” leader Dmitry Yarosh as the most important evidence found among the attacking things- the OVD-info ). After more than three hours, we were all sent home without any charges.
Morning on July 27 began with knocking on the door of the Central Bank employees, who appeared at the father’s father. I immediately want to note that at this address I was not registered and did not live, and there was not a single person in the house who would at least be legally related to this room. But no arguments stopped employees, and I was invited to issue campaign materials and everything that is at least somehow applied to opposition activities, or to Ukraine. I answered (of course, in a soft form), where you should go to the police with such proposals, and advised them at his own peril and the risk of looking for such objects in an outsider on their own.
It is not surprising that during the search, things that were not related to me, namely a system unit, a modem for accessing the Internet and a dozen broken cell phones belonging to my father were seized. Of my things, only a few political brochures and a pneumatic pistol were discovered, which ultimately recognized as non -working experts.
Immediately after the search, I was taken to the almost native police department No. 1, where I found out that the searches were also held in the apartment where I have been registered, but I have not lived for about five years, my friend Kablo and at the place of registration of Kraynov, where, as it turned out, he also has not lived for many years. Further, the interrogator, Senior Lieutenant Lipatov, who played a huge role in this story, interrogated me and Kirill Kablo to the “pro -Ukrainian” graffiti, which appeared near the Cosmonauts embankment (on the day of our detention). Even then, Major of the Center, Alexei Kuzin, in a personal conversation, told me that I finally got caught and avoid the “Treeshki” (we have been charged with Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which is precisely foreseen the punishment of imprisonment up to three years).
On the same day, Kablov was also interrogated, but the police could not find Krahnov. Subsequently, he himself appeared in the police department, but already testified as a witness, since the police did not have any evidence of his involvement in this event.
We began a long, but very funny consequence. Endless interrogations, confrontation, familiarization with the results of psychological linguistic examinations, stems out during the search of discs and brochures, expert conclusions and the search for extremist materials on seized computers, flash drives, tablets and phones. All this ended with interrogation for our participation in opposition activities in our hometown, as well as our attitude to events that occurred and what is happening in Ukraine, which cannot have anything to do with the case on the article incriminated to us.
On the evening of October 1, I was attacked. By that time, all kinds of shares were held in our support in Russia, as well as abroad. For example, in the Ukrainian Vinnitsa and the Belarusian Minsk, activists of the Folk Volya International Movement, in which we also consult, conducted a series of single pickets in order to attract attention to our problem. Of course, local gabukh employees knew what was happening. An employee of the regional FSB even praised us, saying that he personally did not expect that such a large -scale campaign would be deployed in our support.
I am attributed only to the criminal case, which I repeatedly stated in the media, since when I attacked I had a decent amount of money, several cell phones and a tablet, but the attackers did not take any of this. Details here .
Now I and my associate Kirill Kablov are in the status of the accused, our third comrade witness. To say that we unanimously consider the criminal case against us politically engaged is to say nothing. There is no doubt that it is. We are all participants in many protest actions on socially and politically significant topics, were opponents of the actions of Russian troops in fraternal Ukraine, and remained so. But the main evidence of the political motivation of this criminal case is that almost half of the second volume is held by Kirill Kablo, which was launched in May 2015 due to the fact that there was no sufficient evidence to attract it under part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code. The case appears wiretapping, all kinds of permits to declassify these data and, apparently, a copy of a copy of the decision on permission to conduct wiretaps due to insufficient evidence for initiating the case against Kablov. We do not understand why they could want to initiate a business against him, very interesting. But, apparently, they really wanted. It is now clear that the CPE officers who were detained, delivered, conducted searches, and then, apparently, they also made questions for interrogation about the attitude to Ukraine and participation in opposition activities, only a reason was needed. And they found him.
