The problematic facilities of the SU-155 construction corporation can be completed before 2018, said the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Mikhail Men, Interfax reports .

At the same time, the time frame for completing the construction of facilities is very different, he noted. “There are houses that are 90% ready, there are houses at the initial stage of construction, but today, in accordance with the existing schedule, this is approximately 2016–2017, depending on the degree of readiness of the houses,” Men explained.

The debt of SU-155, which was once Russia's largest home builder, is approaching 30 billion rubles. Among the company's creditors are Sberbank, VTB, Rosbank, Globex, and GVSU Center. In November, Sberbank appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with a request to declare the Su-155 bankrupt .

In December, the authorities decided on a reorganization scheme for the group of companies. The main role in the process will be played by Russian Capital Bank. The BIN group of Mikail Shishkhanov and the Gutseriev family will control the construction and transfer of apartments. According to Shishkhanov, the group will not earn anything from this .

The main owner of SU-155, Mikhail Balakin, “is removed from finance and asset management in terms of asset distribution,” Shishkhanov noted.
