
The TFR and the Ministry of Internal Affairs transferred the materials necessary for the international search for the Kadyrovs, Ruslan Mukhudinov, who, according to the investigation, organized the murder of the murder of the co-chair of the RPR-Parnas Boris Nemtsov. This was reported by Rosbalt with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
As the interlocutor of the agency assured, in the near future the red card, starting on Mukhudinov, should appear on the website of the International Police Organization. As of 18:00 Tuesday in Moscow, however, the card has not yet been published.
According to the materials transferred to Interpol, Mukhudinov is 28 years old, he was born and registered in the village of Starogladovskaya Silkovsky district of Chechnya, along with the internal, he also has a foreign passport.
On October 31, it is also said in the transferred materials, Mukhudinov was in absentia as the accused under the points "Z", "s" of part 2 of article 105 (murder committed by a group of persons from selfish motives) and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons committed by an organized group). On November 11, according to the same materials, the Kadyrovts was announced on the federal and international wanted list, and on November 18 they were arrested in absentia .
According to the case file, Mukhudinov promised the accomplices of the murder of Nemtsov 15 million rubles, and also rented an apartment for them on Vernya Street in the west of Moscow and handed them the right to drive a Mercedes ML-300 car, which was monitored by a monitoring politician. Also, the TFR says, Mukhudinov handed Kadyrovtsa Zaur Dadaev, who was considered a direct murder performer, a pistol, from which a politician was shot late in the evening of February 27.
On March 1, claims the investigation, Mukhudinov ordered three tickets for a plane in Grozny: to himself, Dadaev and their common colleague on the Kadyrovsky battalion of the North’s internal troops - the company commander Ruslan Geremeyev, whom the TFR, like Mukhudinov, cannot find. On the same day, the alleged murder organizer bought tickets, but in his asked to change the departure date on March 4. Dadaev and Geremeyev flew to Grozny on March 1.
On March 4, Mukhudinov also flew to Grozny. As stated in the case, at first the witnesses met him in Chechnya, but then the traces of the Kadyrovts were lost.
According to the police, Mukhudinov, on fake documents, left the country and disappeared into the united Arab emirates. The special services say that the Kadyrovoa left for the Emirates only for a while, and then returned to Russia and can now be hidden in Chechnya.
On November 23, TASS, citing a certain source close to the investigation, said that Dadaev and another defendant of the case, Anzor Gubashev, who had previously abandoned the confessions made at the beginning of the investigation, testified to Mukhudinov as the organizer of the murder.
