Five years ago, on December 15, 2010, several thousand Caucasians gathered on Europe Square for a protest rally against the performance of Russian nationalists on Manezhnaya on December 10. The action was organized on social networks. Significant police and OMON forces were pulled to the square in advance. Mass fights between Caucasians and Russian nationalists were avoided, but many local skirmishes took place throughout Moscow. 30 people were injured in them. About 1,200 people were arrested, mostly from the North Caucasus.
