Alexander Ryklin was fined a thousand rubles

On December 15, the judge of the Tver District Court of the Tver District Court recognized the editor -in -chief of the “Daily Journal” by Alexander Ryklin guilty of disobedience to the legal requirements of the police officer and fined him a thousand rubles.

Ryklin was detained on December 12 at an inconsistent march of protest, but then he was released from the Meshchansky police department. After that, as it became known to the ATS-Info, the first deputy head of the Moscow Regional Security Department, Vasily Oleinik, made a police officer for this. On December 13, Ryklin was searched for by the employees of the Center for Combating Extremism. On December 14, the traffic police stopped his car, telling him that the car was wanted. He was taken to the Meshchansky police department, where he was left overnight.

The judge during the meeting refused to protect the petitions, including the interrogation of witnesses. The case stated that Ryklin escaped from the police department (despite the fact that Ryklin was not only released by employees, but even after leaving the building he stood nearby and gave interviews). The defender demanded data from video cameras, but this was also denied.
