The Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that after 30 days, trade with the Crimean peninsula will completely stop, reports the Details.ua portal.
"It is forbidden to supply work, goods and services for all customs regimes, with the exception of personal things, socially significant food and humanitarian aid," Yatsenyuk emphasized, opening the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The decision of the Government of Ukraine will enter into force in a month. According to Yatsenyuk, the National Security and Defense Council will decide on the continuation of electricity supply to Crimea.
In Crimea, officials are not afraid of the termination of trade. According to Sevastopol Governor Sergei Avayolo, the inhabitants of Crimea do not need Ukrainian goods, as they switched to Russian products.
"Arseniy Yatsenyuk forbade Ukraine in general any trade relations with the Crimea! Apparently, he had not yet given that the Crimeans had already forgotten how the word" Ukraine "is written on goods," Chanyilo wrote on his Facebook .
In his opinion, a shortage of products and services in the Crimea due to commodity blockade will not occur, TASS reports. “All these statements of Yatsenyuk are important only for himself. We are neither hotly nor cold from this,” he emphasized.
It should be noted that earlier products on the peninsula ceased to be supplied due to trade blockade from Ukraine, which began on September 20 . Activists of the "Civil Blockade" announced their intention not to skip trucks with goods on the peninsula. President Petro Poroshenko said that the blockade is a "action of public activists of the Crimean Tatar people" and is carried out for "speedy renewal of state sovereignty over the Crimea." On September 28, representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office in the Republic of Crimea and in the city of Sevastopol said that the delivery of Ukrainian products to the Crimea has completely stopped .
Crimea also turned out to be de -energized - the supply of electricity from the territory of Ukraine was interrupted on the night of November 22. Two days earlier, Ukrainian activists undermined two power lines in the Kherson region. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine later said that on the night of November 22, the supports were re -undermined, which was the reason for the cessation of the supply of electricity to the peninsula. On the evening of December 2, the first thread of the Energomost from the Krasnodar Territory on the peninsula was launched in Crimea. However, this did not solve all the problems of the peninsula. The emergency mode in Crimea is saved until December 20.
On December 8, the Right Sector organization prohibited in the Russian Federation announced the termination of the energy blockade of Crimea. The decision was made after the statement of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people on the resumption of electricity supplies to Crimea according to one of the power lines.
