The arrested associates of Barabash - Sokolov, Mukhin and Parfenov - are accused of participating in the recognized extremist organization "Army of the will of the people" (ANV). The organization was banned in 2010. However, according to investigators, the defendants in the case continued to participate in the activities of the ANV, renaming it in the "initiative group of referendum" for responsible power.
