Mosgordum is picked up "Yabloko" and the Communist Party

The Moscow City Duma on December 12 in the second reading considers amendments to the Town Planning Code, which limit the holding of public hearings during the construction of new facilities. Before starting the work of the Duma in the center of Moscow, two protests were held at once: the Communist Party of the Communist Party and "Yabloko".
